The most precious thing Bali offers is the feeling of being received.

By a family, a village, a tradition that has welcomed guests for centuries. ANAKŌSA exists to keep that feeling intact.

Every house we keep is measured by five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space.

What we believe

Most villas are not invited. The few that are must feel like home.

Our teams come from the banjar around each house.

We would rather keep a house empty than sell it cheaply. The price is the price.
