Villa Milana brings the Mediterranean to Bali: white-washed walls, rounded arches, terracotta and wrought iron, gathered around a private pool. Arched daybeds sit at the edge of the water, and a wide rooftop waits for the sunset.

Guests say it is larger and more beautiful than its photographs. They remember the pool, the rooftop terraces, rooms cleaned every day, and a team who are warm and quick to help. Set back from the road, it is quiet by the pool, yet cafés, spas and shops are a short walk away.

Villa Milana brings the Mediterranean to Canggu: white-washed walls, rounded arches, terracotta and wrought iron, set around a private pool. Arched daybeds sit at the water’s edge, and a wide rooftop with seating waits for the sunset. Inside, the living room, dining table and kitchen share one bright space, opening through glass to the garden and the pool. Five bedrooms with their own bathrooms; the main suite has a canopy bed and a private terrace.
