Cala Blanca is a contemporary tropical house in a gated enclave of Pererenan. Its lagoon pool winds through a lawn of palms, with bar seats set into the water. Inside, the living hall rises beneath a timber ceiling around a sunken U-shaped lounge, and opens fully to the garden or closes for the cool. A kitchen with a bar and a dining table for eight looks out to the pool. Four bedrooms with king beds, a cinema room, and a rooftop balcony off the main bedroom for the sunset.
